We remain of opinion that hotel room is a private space where its occupants would have reasonable expectation of privacy. Prince Harry “currently focused entirely” Afghan deployment so to pursue complaint re Vegas snaps would be a distraction. We have concluded that it would not be prudent to pursue the matter further.
